Specific Location

# Northern Range

NaturesLens visits Northern Range on small-group wildlife photography holidays in Trinidad & Tobago, with time here planned around Bananaquit, Bearded Bellbird, Blue-chinned Sapphire, Channel-billed Toucan and Collared Trogon rather than general sightseeing. Current itineraries using Northern Range include Tropical Birds Of Trinidad, with photography shaped around hide, flight, garden and close-up and landscape and behaviour photography sessions. The forested mountain ridge running along the length of northern Trinidad, its rainforest interior reached from Asa Wright Nature Centre & the Blanchisseuse Road. An outstanding concentration of hummingbirds & honeycreepers, plus manakins, trogons & the elusive bearded bellbird, draws photographers to feeder & forest-trail sessions throughout the range.
